STEP
1: HOW TO APPLY Students may apply online. After reading the complete
information on the website about tuition fees and courses, first you have to
choose the course. After choosing the course you should send us the following
documents by email:
• Filled Application Form
• Copy of International Passport or ID Card (minimum valid for 2 years)
• Copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate (with subject details)
After reviewing the above written documents, we will notify about the
acceptance or rejection. If you are accepted, then we will issue the Admission
Confirmation Letter in two working day.
STEP 2: HOW TO GET INVITATION LETTER To get an invitation letter from any
University, we require the following documents:
• Filled Application Form
• Copy of International Passport (minimum valid for two year)
• Copy of School Certificate (with subject details)
• Cost of the Invitation Letter is 500 US$ and Courier charges - 100 US$ You
can send us these documents only after receiving the Acceptance / Admission
Confirmation letter from Justflyhi.
You can send us the documents by email. Please take care that documents should
be scanned properly and should be clearly readable. You can make the payment
via bank transfer. Please send us the receipt of payments to confirm.
Invitations are issued by the Federal Migration Service and it takes 35-45 days
to issue the invitation letter. After receiving your documents and payment, we
will send you the Original Invitation letter, the Admission Confirmation letter
and Visa Support letter by courier.
STEP 3: VISA After getting the invitation letter from University we will
proceed with the visa process Visa Requirements are as follows:
Filled Application form Original passport
(valid for 2 years minimum)
Secondary school certificate (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or
with the Apostille stamp)
• Aids/HIV test (attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
• 2 Passport size Photos (3.5 x 4.5)
STEP 4: ARRIVAL We always receive all our students at the airports and we will
make arrangement of transportation from an airport to the University. It is compulsory
for every student to inform us about his/her flight details. Students who got
their visa have to inform us about their arrival details, so that our Just Fly
Hi representative could receive them at the airport. Please send us the scan
copy of the booked ticket.
STEP 5: ADMISSION AND START OF CLASSES Every Student should bring with him/her
a complete set of original documents with Full First year Expenses or Payment
Receipt of complete first year expenses. It is compulsory for every student to
be registered at the University in three working days after the arrival in the
Country.
After the Arrival in your Dream Country , a student should submit the complete
documents and first year complete charges as written in the Admission
Confirmation Letter to International Department. Staff of International
Relations office will complete the admission and registration process in 1-3
working days and after that they will allow you to start the classes.
International Office will also extend the visa from Home Office. Our
International Office staff will complete all the formalities that you should
start your classes in 4-5 working days.
Admission 2020-2021 Dear Students We are pleased to announce that we have
started admissions for the academic year 2020-2021. We are already issuing
Admission Confirmation letters and Invitation letters for visa. We accept
students for session 2020-2021 September-January intake. The students who are
interested to study at The UNIVERSITIES should send us their following
documents.
1. Filled Application Form
2. Copy of Passport or ID Card
